myPharmacy provides door-to-door delivery service from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. its delivery partner will call you to confirm the best time for you. All deliveries are limited to Singapore, Sentosa and Blarney Islands. No overseas delivery service is provided.

What is myPharmacy's payment?

Payment method: cheque/cash payment when the order is delivered; secure payment using VISA or Mastercard online; for prescription drug supplements, it only accepts cash and cheques. Cheques should be made payable to them, and post dated cheques will not be accepted.

For every S$1 spent on myPharmacy, you will get 1 point. For cash and check transactions, your loyalty points will be credited after delivery. After accumulating 400 points, you are eligible to redeem S$10 from online purchases! The more points you earn, the higher the dollar value you can redeem. Loyalty points can be converted into multiples of every 400 points.
